Agreement
These terms govern your use of RiskAssure, operated by WISR AI Systems. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
What the service does, and what it does not
RiskAssure produces cybersecurity risk assessments of companies from publicly available information. Assessments are informational. They are generated automatically, may be incomplete or out of date, and are not a security audit, a certification, or professional advice.
You should not treat a score as the sole basis for a decision about a vendor, a contract, or an investment. Absence of a finding is not evidence that no risk exists — it may simply mean we found no public information.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system; to scrape or resell our assessments as a competing dataset; to circumvent rate limits or authentication; or to upload content you do not have the right to share.
Assessments are produced from unauthenticated, publicly accessible sources. We do not attempt to authenticate to, log into, or otherwise access non-public systems belonging to assessed companies.
Your content
You keep ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a licence to store and process them solely to provide the service to you — including sending relevant text to our AI provider when you use the assistant. We do not use your documents to train models.
Availability
We do not currently offer an uptime service level agreement. The service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising from your use of it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination and governing law
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
