RiskAssure provides AI-powered cybersecurity risk assessment and monitoring services, including but not limited to: company security posture analysis, vendor risk management, vulnerability tracking, dark web monitoring, and compliance document management. Our service uses publicly available information (OSINT) and AI analysis to generate risk scores and recommendations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RiskAssure only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the service to conduct unauthorized security assessments of companies without proper authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RiskAssure are owned by Wisr AI Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Risk reports generated for your account may be used internally within your organization.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RiskAssure is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Risk scores and assessments are based on publicly available data and AI analysis, and should not be considered as definitive security audits. We recommend using our assessments as one component of a comprehensive security evaluation strategy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisr AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
